CONCLUSION

After researching and analyzing what many different sources had to say on the idea of a female Dalai Lama, we have concluded that it is a possibility depending on how the reincarnation process continues. If the current Dalai Lama has any kind of say about it, the next successor or even later Dalai Lamas could definitely be a woman depending on what the Tibetian Buddhist faith needs and the Buddhist faith has never defined a restriction on women in fullfilling this role. But if other insitutions, such as the Chinese Regime get invloved they may discourage this idea and stick to "tradition" to gain more control in the Chinese-Tibetian conflict.
